AspectTake is built for creators who publish the same moment in different formats. Frame with the fullscreen portrait preview and the movable landscape preview, press record once, and both files are ready to share. AspectTake records from one camera session into two AVAssetWriters: the portrait sample is appended directly while a Metal processor crops the landscape 16:9 band in real time, keeping both outputs synchronized.
It is a one-time paid app with no account, no analytics, and no tracking — the app can only add finished videos to your Photo Library. Shipped on the App Store as a paid app (StoreKit 2 AppTransaction verification), with add-only Photos permission, local-only preferences, and a dedicated marketing site at aspecttake.nixmio.com.
