Creators publish the same moment in different formats — Stories and Reels in portrait, YouTube in landscape — and end up recording everything twice. AspectTake records one take into both files at once.
AspectTake is the most technically demanding of Nixmio’s apps: a single camera session feeds two AVAssetWriters, while a Metal processor crops the landscape band in real time and keeps both outputs in sync with shared audio — up to 4K at 60 fps.
It ships as a one-time paid app with no account, no analytics, and no tracking; the app can only add finished videos to the Photo Library.
